    All Tri-State area New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
  • What is the minimum time required to make a reservation?
    Online reservations should be requested 8-12 hours prior to your scheduled transportation to confirm the availability. Scheduling by phone requires a minimum of 4-hour notice. If you need service As soon As Possible it is not guaranteed but we will try our best to send nearest car available to your area within 30-45 minutes
  • What credit cards do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Corporate card. Receipt will be send to your email or phone number via text.
  • When are payments due for services?
    A Credit Card is to hold your reservation and also secure your service. You will not be charged until the day you use our service. We will apply the final charge once we confirm the final extras such as Tolls, Parking, Early or Late Fee, Extra Stop or Waiting Time then you can make the payment in the car.
  • Is there a fee for waiting periods?
    YES, unscheduled waiting time will be charged.
  • Is there a charge if I need to make a stop?
    YES, The additional stops are charged per stop (the maximum duration of 10 minutes per stop).
  • Is alcohol allowed in the vehicles?
    NO. New Jersey State Law – Alcohol is only permitted in stretch limos. Westfield Airport Car Service prohibits underage drinking.
  • Are your vehicles smoke-free?
    YES, all Westfield Airport Car Service vehicles are Smoke-Free. Including VAPES
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellation notices are required 6 hours prior to the scheduled reservation to avoid penalties.
  • Are you closed on holidays?
    No. Westfield Airport Car Service OPEN 24 hours 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
  • Do you provide child safety seats?
    We provide infant, toddler and booster seats with additional $15 fee
  • Are pets allowed inside vehicles?
    Yes, small pets contained in a carrier or carried on the owner’s lap are allowed.
  • What if I forget something in a vehicle?
    Please call us as soon as you realize you left something. All cars are cleaned at the end of the service and all lost items are placed in the lost/found bin. We will gladly arrange to meet you to return your lost items.
  • Can I book a Hourly Service?
    YES, our limousines can be booked by hour and the fee depends on the size and style of the vehicle. We require a minimum of Four hours for a limousine rental.
  • Why is the amount charged different from the amount I was quoted ?
    Your rate quote is based on the information provided at the time your reservation was made. Additional charges can come from changes to your service during your trip, such as extra stops, waiting time,Tolls.If you do not feel that you had any additional services, please call us.

  • How do you meet passengers at the airport?
    We offer 2 services: 1. Inside Greeting with Sign: Our driver will simply greet you inside the terminal with a greeting sign (Passenger’s name). Greeting fee is extra $15.00 +Parking fee 2. Curbside pick up:Driver will pick you up at the curbside (either Arrival or Departure Level)
  • What should I do if I cannot locate my chauffeur at the airport?
    You should call (+1) 862 360 4190 and speak to a dispatcher. Never leave without giving us a chance to locate the Driver.
  • What happens if your flight is delayed ?
    We monitor all flights arriving at all airports. Our system automatically updates your reservation with any changes in arrival time. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed. However, you do need to call us if your flight information changes (e.g., if you are bumped to a different flight, or you miss your flight).
  • Do you charge extra for waiting Time at Airport Arrival?
    For domestic Arrivals: After your flight Arrived we give you 50 minutes free waiting time. For International Arrivals: After your flight Arrived we give you 60-70 minutes free waiting time. After the free waiting time we will add extra waiting time charge.
